Via the contact form: name, email, clinic name, message. Via the early-access request (waitlist): clinic name, email, country, source. The marketing site transmits these data; application storage is operated by the NexusDentaSoft platform.

Respond to contact requests, manage early-access registrations, improve the service.

Consent (form submissions) and legitimate interest (response to inquiries).

Retention periods

Contact data is retained for the time required to process the request, then archived or deleted in accordance with our legal obligations.

Subprocessors and transfers

Resend (email sending, United States), Vercel (hosting, United States), Supabase (database, Singapore), Google Maps (map display, Google cookies). Some transfers occur outside your country.
